Work done in the village of Arenys de Munt, a few kilometers from Barcelona. Other work in this house, which was to include this install a small motor to automatically trigger a previously installed iron window inaccessible. The window was located on top part of a bathroom, about 4 meters high. Previously, the costumer needed a long dimensions bar to open and close the window, which was neither practical nor comfortable. Our work consisted in the replacement of old hardware this window and installing a powered remote control, which with a simple button can open easily and close the window motor. Installation time this mechanism was not more than one hour of two workers, since we had the power connection near the window. Such engines are equally or more secure than conventional locks, so we need not fear a lack of security in case of theft, plus the remote emits different frequencies in different signal to make it impossible to be copied from outside. This type of engine can be installed on doors and windows of the wing, hinged or sliding type, always with an open limit. In addition to being recommended for situations of difficult access, this engine can also be for a person with reduced mobility or old age, where comfortably operate the windows could be of great help.
