Work done in the neighborhood of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. It involved in the manufacture and installation of an outdoor room in the courtyard of an attic, in order to gain more square meters of housing, using a seldom-tapped space. For this first leveled the floor of the terrace with cement and bricks, once dry, we installed an aluminum frame on 3 sides, made with fixed on the sides of the Stilo-50 series in white lacquer finish and formed with sandwich plate, on the front incorporate a sliding series S-76 RPT Glass formed 4/ 12/3 + 3 Acoustic Butylado and Guardian Sun, also in the same finish. To close the roof steel panels Pacesa use type, with thermal insulation inside, tile shaped on its outer face. After closing all incorporate insulated plasterboard ceiling below the outer steel roof, to embellish and insulate more. The floor of the room we covered with hardwood floors, although it is not a specifically our work, this time we agreed to do. In this way the customer won one more room in your home, with thermal and acoustic materials in a space often underutilized.
