Iron reinforced shelves for heavy loads
Work done on a house in the village of Arenys de Munt. This work involved the fabrication and installation of a iron shelves in a garage, in order to support more weight than conventional shelving. They were made of iron tube 40x40x2mm, cut, welded and painted in our workshop in Barcelona. In this case the client wanted to put heavy items navigation and therefore reinforce the weld made with arc. As such boards chose DM Wood 20 mm thick, which is sufficiently robust to withstand heavy weights. This work entailed a day of shop fabrication and installation morning three operators. In Ponsico s.c.p. we can manufacture any type of structure in glass, aluminum, steel or iron, manufactured and installed by us, adapting to the needs of each client, whether in price and quality. We have skilled and experienced workforce and adequate for the job, such as TIG welding with argon gas for welding stainless steel without burning, which together with the polishing and buffing discs, quality finishing tools are achieved.
