Wooden pergola installed and finished

Work done on a house in Barcelona. This type of woodwork are rare in us, since we are metalwork, but at the insistence of our client, we agreed to do it. Involved in the manufacture and assembly of a wooden pergola or arbor, to house a table outside. Made of solid wood beams 30 x 30 inches, with lace and spreaders handmade in our workshop in Barcelona, ​​previously machined. The bases were made with iron bases painted in black forge, which were anchored to concrete blocks of 70 x 70 x 40 inches deep buried in the ground, previously created. These bases were catch the blocks with a chemical case, and in turn to wood using stainless steel studs. As we can see in the picture, we also manufacture a timber by way of Mallorca blind at the top, to regulate the entry and incidence of the sun in the area to cover. Once you create this structure, there are various optional materials such as sunscreen, such as: awnings, glass type Guardian Sun, in different series of carpentry, or even shutters. This task realize it in 3 days 4 workers, including manufacturing and assembly.
